Strategic Software Engineer

We're seeking a talented individual to collaborate with our team in Porto Alegre, Brazil. As a core contributor to our software platform, you'll partner with engineers to craft innovative solutions and deliver high-quality products.

About the Opportunity
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced software engineers to design, develop, and test microservice features for our Human Capital Management software platform.
  • Write clean code, automate testing, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with a team of creative engineers to complete sprints identified during agile meetings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute highly automated, intelligent, and predictive solutions for client-facing applications.
  • Build core frameworks for metadata-driven platforms, including source control systems.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to drive next-generation user experiences, designs, and technologies.
  • Evaluate successful transition to Service Oriented Architecture framework using containers.
  • Implement proofs-of-concept on latest technologies to accelerate product development.
  • Select appropriate tools for specific tasks.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in similar roles.
  • Prior experience with Node.js, Java, jQuery, JSON, Angular, Mulesoft, Kafka, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, GIT, Jenkins, Ansible, Public Cloud (AWS or Azure).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, grasp non-functional requirements, and set expectations.
  • TDD knowledge and Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
