Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Expert

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Solutions Expert to design and deliver technical solutions for our next-generation products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, architects, and other teams to create successful products based on strong technical solutions.

As a Senior Business Solutions Expert, your primary focus will be to understand product manager and developer issues and turn those issues into a set of requirements. You will have an active part in shaping the product and bring clarity of vision and forward-thinking product ideas and technical solutions to get our engineering teams excited.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience explaining prioritization of technical roadmaps and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams can understand
  • Ability to translate user-specific issues for the development team and communicate effectively with engineers and other technologists
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying problems, finding and presenting solution sets, and translating solutions into requirements for the engineering team
  • Experience working closely with POs, Tech Leads, and Architects to integrate with their systems and build solutions
  • Ability to manage technical backlogs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of software development and ability to customize Product and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned
