Senior Talent Operations Specialist

Job OverviewThe role of Senior Talent Operations Associate involves supporting, coordinating and facilitating HR activities, initiatives and processes. The incumbent will work closely with the talent enablement team to ensure a seamless integration of HR strategies across the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support recurring HR processes including performance management, compensation and career development.
- Interpret and disseminate talent information to leadership in line with strategic business goals.
- Analyze HR related data identify issues and make recommendations as necessary.
- Maintain regular interaction with talent enablement leads to ensure understanding of the business strategy and goals.
- Provide operational data analytics project support to help achieve talent priorities.
- Contribute to transactional work that aids in talent mega processes and strategic projects.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to drive informed decisions and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently learn quickly and effectively communicate ideas.
- Proficient in relevant business tools including Excel SharePoint Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
- Strong team working skills with ability to collaborate virtually.
