About the RoleThis is a key position in our talent operations function. The successful candidate will work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to design and implement effective strategies for sourcing and developing talent.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
- Source and attract top talent from various industries and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to inform talent acquisition decisions.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
