Recruiting Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruiting Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent attraction process.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering operational support to enhance team's effectiveness in achieving recruiting goals. You will oversee the management of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other talent platforms, ensuring effective reporting and analytics to support recruitment efforts.

You will drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency of talent attraction operations, coordinate and manage job descriptions and social media postings to engage potential candidates and promote our employer brand. Additionally, you will maintain and organize training materials, co-develop content with team leads, and coordinate training delivery as needed.

You will also ensure timely communication and implementation of recruitment process and compliance changes to align with evolving business needs. Furthermore, you will proactively communicate best practices and innovative use cases to enhance recruitment processes, including automation and AI applications.

Serving as the administrator for relevant platforms, you will ensure updates and maintenance are performed regularly. You will also support Talent Attraction leadership in managing and analyzing job board data and recruiting platform utilization, providing insights and reports to optimize investment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver operational support to enhance team's effectiveness in achieving recruiting goals.
  2. Oversee the management of ATS and other talent platforms ensuring effective reporting and analytics to support recruitment efforts.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. A minimum of six to eight plus years of recruiting operations experience.
  3. Working knowledge of current recruitment/hiring laws and practices.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software; willingness to learn AI-driven tools and platforms.
  5. Quick learner with a strong aptitude for adopting new technologies.
  6. Proficient in reporting and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent change management abilities.
  8. Strong attention to detail.
  9. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
