Talent Attraction Recruitment Manager

This position is crucial for the success of our clients. The team seeks a seasoned professional to engage with business leaders, colleagues, and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
The successful candidate will own recruiting responsibilities aligned to a specific service line and/or region, partnering with an Experienced Hire Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract contractor and/or experienced hires, serving as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
- Drive sourcing strategy to identify, attract, and build a talent pipeline, making assessments and recommendations on talent in the market.
- Implement inclusive sourcing practices and creative techniques to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Provide operational knowledge to ensure quality candidate experiences.
- Recommend and coordinate local and national recruiting initiatives and special events to support the service line.
- Integrate EY's brand strategy into all recruitment activity, leveraging social media platforms to promote job openings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing in professional/financial services, corporate, or agency environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in attracting contractor and/or experienced hires.
- Strategic-thinking skills and ability to collaborate with team members on best practices.
- A consultative approach with clients, serving as a talent advisor on the external pipeline of prospective candidates.
