We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead our development team and drive project success. With a passion for innovation and collaboration, you will guide your team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can mentor junior developers, prioritize tasks, and balance user story assignments with consideration for technical interests. Strong expertise in ReactJS, StencilJS, and Node is essential, along with a proven track record of writing clean code and passing quality gates.

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Prioritize tasks and balance user story assignments based on technical interests and business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS, StencilJS, and Node.
- Ability to write clean code and pass quality gates.
- Experience in the frontend environment.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
