The Translation Project Coordinator role is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional to oversee the successful completion of linguistic projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of multiple localization projects, coordinating project phases, predicting timelines, liaising with sales teams, negotiating deadlines and rates with vendors, establishing and maintaining relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
  • Maintaining project status, preparing documentation, complying with procedures, and performing quality checks at various stages to ensure quality and accuracy.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; other languages are an asset.
  • University degree (preferably in linguistic/translation studies) and minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar corporate position.
  • Detailed orientation, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
