Seeking a talented Project Coordinator to support the management of clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

The ideal candidate will assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, coordinating study activities, and supporting development of study protocols. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting project managers in developing and implementing trial strategies.
  • Coordinating site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection processes.
  • Supporting development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
  • Participating in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.

Requirements include:

  • +3 years of experience in project management within translation, localization, or language services.
  • Experience with Life Sciences translation projects (pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical, or biotech) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other document formats (e.g., PDFs, XML, PowerPoint).
