Job Summary:
About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with large-sized complex accounts.
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities to achieve business growth through building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Develop strategic plans for large sales accounts, infrastructure development, and initiatives to achieve targeted sales objectives in an optimal, cost-beneficial way.
- Implement plans, projects, and initiatives towards assigned large customers and market infrastructure by coordinating and tracking all activities.
- Act as a single point of contact for large clients and support as a center of expertise on a specific area or initiative.
- Liaise with other departments, divisions, and members to provide a coordinated service and integrated solution to assigned customers and feedback internally market intelligence, product issues, and other relevant information.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 7 years of experience in sales, with 3 years in the financial industry. Fluent English is required, and fluent Spanish is a plus.
