Care Coordinator Job

We are seeking a professional to manage daily activities of services provided to clients in accordance with state regulations and company policy.

The ideal candidate will provide superior customer service and quality home care, building lasting relationships with clients and referral sources. They will also coordinate client services, manage scheduling issues, and develop strong relationships with the team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
