Technical IT Specialist (IT Support)

About the Role

This is a 40/60 blend of onsite and remote user support, hardware installation, troubleshooting, and end-user system maintenance. Additionally, this role involves infrastructure security, projects, and collaboration with the IT Manager to implement changes, security initiatives, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for users
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and effectively
  • Coordinate vendor repairs and replacements
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Infrastructure, Security & Projects
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, and SCCM
  • Troubleshoot and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall settings
  • Participate in IT security initiatives and vulnerability management
  • Support IT audits and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to align with company standards and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure roles
  • Hands-on L2/L3 support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms
  • Networking knowledge
  • IT security practices and audit processes understanding
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
