Software Architect Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Software Architect Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and optimization of our EHR platform using PHP/Laravel, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop database schemas that represent and support business processes, fostering data integrity and compliance.
  • Design and maintain APIs for internal and external use, facilitating seamless integration with other systems and services.
  • Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols to ensure platform compliance with industry standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in software development.
  • Stay abreast of new technology trends, evaluating their application to continually innovate and enhance the platform.
  • Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the platform's user interface and experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel, MySQL, and Git.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
