We are seeking an accomplished Senior Geotechnical Specialist to join our Civil & Structural Engineering Division under Equipment Consulting Services. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the company's operations and contribute to new project development and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct geotechnical analysis and design of offshore/onshore structures using specialized software such as Plaxis, Slope W, APILE.
- Review engineering packages prepared by others in support of ongoing Capital and Maintain Potential projects.
- Develop and interpret code and standard requirements for offshore/onshore geotechnical designs.
- Analyze and assess geotechnical data, including offshore and onshore structures.
- Participate in the development and review of Engineering Standards.
- Evaluate vendor technical capabilities for geotechnical commodities.
- Conduct geotechnical inspections and assessments of existing structures.
- Support Innovation/Technology programs and strategic initiatives.
- Assess emerging technologies for civil/geotechnical applications.
- Mentor developing geotechnical engineers and specialists.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- PhD in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is a plus.
- Professional Engineering or Chartered Engineering Certification.
- A minimum of 20 years of professional engineering design experience.
- Familiarity with geotechnical design standards.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
- Advanced English communication skills - verbal and written.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia on a full-time, permanent basis.
