We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Architect to design and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake.

  • Job Description:

    A seasoned Cloud Data Architect is required to lead the development of our data architecture, focusing on scalability, performance, and security. This role involves designing and implementing data pipelines using Snowflake, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-based systems.

A strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis is essential.

Additionally, experience with orchestration and transformation tools like dbt and Apache Airflow is highly desirable.

Familiarity with data modeling (e.g., star schemas, dimensional modeling) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is also required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to data governance and security by applying compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2), implementing access controls, and using data masking techniques.

Documenting data workflows and supporting scalable, governed data practices aligned with a modern data mesh approach is also an important aspect of this role.

This is a Contract position, offering flexibility and autonomy to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
