Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a technical expert and domain specialist for product sales.

- Address inquiries from customers and colleagues regarding product features and technical aspects.
- Provide valuable insights to inform product enhancements.
- Engage in marketing events to promote our offerings.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
- Proven track record of integrating AI into work processes.
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or equivalent technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
- Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline development and execution excellence.
