Customer Success Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Customer Success Team Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact in the success of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performance teams, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
They will also have strong leadership skills, with experience in leading onboarding, expansion, and retention teams, ensuring goals and follow-up rituals.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong strategic vision, with the ability to build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency across all fronts.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop leaderships and hire high-performance talent.
- Lead onboarding, expansion, and retention teams.
- Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency.
- Establish clear KPIs and ensure their achievement.
- Previous experience in CS leadership.
- Advanced English.
- Strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
