Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive City Project Coordinator to lead an event marketing campaign in Sao Paulo. This is a short-term project lasting 6 to 8 weeks, requiring hands-on coordination and onsite presence in different areas of the city.

The campaign involves distributing free books door-to-door in various residential areas of the city. This is a 6 to 8-week position, with the possibility of extension (2 more weeks).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pickups at our facility
  • Conduct onsite distribution Monday through Friday across different areas of Sao Paulo (2 x 3-hour shifts per day, with a 1-hour lunch break between shifts)
  • Oversee a team of contractors during onsite operations
  • Ensure smooth communication and project alignment with the Marketing Campaign Manager
  • Manage and distribute materials for all onsite activations throughout the campaign
  • Assist the Campaign Manager in the overall planning and execution of the campaign
  • Ensure good standing of the operation throughout the entire length of the campaign
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Must hold a valid driving license with no offenses on record
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
What We Offer:

Monthly Pay = R$5,000 BRL
Bonus = up to $1,000 BRL per week, paid weekly
Total monthly pay = R$9,000 BRL
