Remote Support Associate Job

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Remote Support Associate. This role involves providing exceptional support to our members, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and articulate WeWork's products, services, and offerings to ensure seamless delivery of member requests.
  • Manage the interaction platform for WeWork locations and serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and requests.
  • Deliver outstanding service by empathizing with member needs and offering thoughtful solutions.
  • Collaborate with on-site Community Management teams to guarantee member requests are fulfilled.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to resolve complex requests efficiently.
  • Analyze and report trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize support processes.
  • Evaluate and escalate urgent requests to ensure effective service recovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based software platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar programs is an asset.
