The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in partnership development. This role will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing high-potential partners
  • Aligning GTM efforts with Regional Sales Managers and AEs
  • Championing co-selling initiatives and partner enablement
  • Driving revenue generation and ARR growth through structured co-selling efforts
  • Organizing marketing and enablement events to increase partner engagement

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a results-driven professional. If you're passionate about growing our channel and driving business success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Requirements:

  • Good level of English
  • Good level of Spanish (a plus)
  • Experience in partnership recruitment, development, and management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up
  • A proven track record in delivering channel growth
  • Strategic mindset and ability to articulate a clear plan
