Infraspeak is a pioneering Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform (IMMP) driving innovation and excellence in the industry. Our mission is to empower teams worldwide, and we're seeking a skilled professional to lead our channel growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in partnership development. This role will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing high-potential partners
- Aligning GTM efforts with Regional Sales Managers and AEs
- Championing co-selling initiatives and partner enablement
- Driving revenue generation and ARR growth through structured co-selling efforts
- Organizing marketing and enablement events to increase partner engagement
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a results-driven professional. If you're passionate about growing our channel and driving business success, we encourage you to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Good level of English
- Good level of Spanish (a plus)
- Experience in partnership recruitment, development, and management
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up
- A proven track record in delivering channel growth
- Strategic mindset and ability to articulate a clear plan
