Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in São Luis and Florianópolis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Complete higher education
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Advanced English language skills
- Intermediate/advanced Office suite skills, particularly in Excel
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI and Knime
- Active driver's license
- Reside in the place of vacancy or have availability for change
- Mobility to move within Brazil throughout your career
