The role of a Senior Business Development Specialist is to drive strategic partnerships and commercial growth. This involves managing sales and deal performance, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to boost results in collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams.
This position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B commercial relationships, advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools, and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales and deal performance to increase revenue;
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities;
- Develop strategies to boost results in collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams;
- Prospect potential partners and negotiate expansion into new markets;
- Oversee product offerings, services, and pricing across different sales channels;
- Track portfolio performance and share information with partners to improve overall performance.
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Advanced English language proficiency;
- Previous experience in B2B commercial relationships;
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs);
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical, proactive, and results-driven individual;
- Experience in service companies; Emotional intelligence.
