Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at Wipro Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring their software, hardware, and network issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client service requests in a timely manner, following defined SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including network problems.
  • Provide application/user access as per client requirements.
  • Track and manage ticket resolution, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
