About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical and engineering support services to our clients in the Human Reproduction, Diagnostic, Life Science, and Molecular Biology Lines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support services, including preventive maintenance repairs and equipment promotion.
  2. Ensure high-quality service delivery with a 20-hour SLA and on-call shifts.
  3. Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve service operations.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and experience in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a sense of urgency.
