Global Mobility Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in managing high-volume visa and work permit applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visa and work permit applications for assignees, business travelers, and local hires
- Partner with vendors and government agencies to expedite processing
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols
- Mitigate risks related to overstays, document expiry, or status violations
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries
- Develop FAQs, onboarding kits, and digital guides for common immigration scenarios
- Automate renewal reminders, document collection, and reporting dashboards
- Digitize workflows using mobility platforms
- Advise HRBPs/Talent Acquisition on immigration requirements
- Support tax, payroll, and relocation teams on compliance alignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law
- 5+ years of experience in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy)
- Mastery of key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations
- Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
