Process Owner: Leading Global Transformation

Overview:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the design and implementation of global business processes. Leveraging your expertise in process management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Process Design: Translate organizational strategy into actionable processes, ensuring seamless integration across functions.
  • Performance Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to measure process effectiveness, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Governance and Leadership: Oversee end-to-end process management, aligning objectives with business strategy, while leading a team of process owners responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing R2P processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for value addition and continuous improvement aligned with their priorities.
  • Operational Issue Resolution: Collaborate with functions such as Accounting, Procurement, Finance, and Platforms to proactively manage and resolve operational issues efficiently and innovatively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process management and leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Fluency in English.
