The Global Business Process Owner is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving end-to-end Request to Pay processes globally.
- Develops and implements processes that align with corporate strategy and policies.
- Leads transformation initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders across functional areas.
- Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets in collaboration with functions to measure process performance.
- Oversees the governance of end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with objectives and strategy.
- Leads a team of process owners responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing global R2P processes.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Business R2P, including at least 2 years in project management within a global enterprise environment.
They should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and technologies.
