Key Responsibilities- Coordinate shipment and documentation of exported commodities in containers such as cotton and sugar.
- Manage costs and ensure compliance with all shipment deadlines.
- Monitor port operations, including stowage and weight spreadsheets.
- Analyze negotiated contractual terms and experience with FOB, CFR, and CIF shipments.
- Follow up with Commercial, Fiscal, Customs Broker, Freight Agents, Shipping Companies, Clients, and other related departments.
- Issue and negotiate export documents at origin, in accordance with the letter of credit or documentary collection.
