We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior CRM Analyst.

About the Role:

This position involves developing and implementing CRM strategies, ensuring an integrated and consistent customer journey across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor CRM performance metrics, including engagement, open rates, conversion rates, and churn rates;
  • Create and support customer base segmentation and management, ensuring high-quality data and strategic insights;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication across all digital channels;
  • Support business intelligence initiatives in analyzing customer behavior and developing actionable dashboards;
  • Evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in CRM and digital marketing, identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to optimize campaign performance and ROI;
  • Develop targeted campaigns to strengthen customer relationships and engagement with the brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the luxury market;
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, etc.) and marketing automation tools;
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and Google Analytics/GA4;
  • Experience with customer base segmentation and campaign personalization;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
