Digital Marketing Leader

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions across multiple channels.

Your primary focus will be on leading pan-regional marketing programs and managing global campaigns across Latin America and Canada. You will work closely with local marketing teams to guide and support their efforts, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand organizational priorities.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  2. 7 years of experience as a brand/marketing manager
  3. Ability to speak and write in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently
  4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    - MBA or equivalent practical experience
    - Experience creating and executing meaningful integrated marketing campaigns (e.g. unconventional campaigns/activities beyond traditional media buys)
    - Experience in organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal
    - Experience in a regional role, effectively working with local and global counterparts to manage results
    - Experience in managing projects and influencing stakeholders internally and externally
    - Experience in technology or a demonstrated understanding and interest in the technology business
