Job Description

As a Client Solutions Engagement Analyst, you will be responsible for leading client discovery and whiteboard sessions alongside a Tech Lead. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate complex client needs into clear requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering teams on scoping.
  • Identify constraints, risks, and edge cases early in the conversation.
  • Present project proposals with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
Requirements
  • Experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
  • Proven background supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
  • Strong history of working with cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, UX, QA).
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile / Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
  • Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.
  • Background collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
