We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Application Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and improving performance indicators, performing market intelligence work, supporting specific accounts with technical and commercial tasks, conducting sales activities related to new customer projects, governing and supporting HUB customers with their projects, acting as a sales representative for internal projects, delivering reports regarding field failures, gathering material for decisions and reports to customers based on the decisions of the regional sales manager and performing quality control.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support external vendors, back up Customer Service, obtain and prior analyze customer registration documents, execute order processing in ERP (Oracle), carefully analyze the order portfolio, realize the order release for the separation of the Expedition, provide telephone service to customers, deliver positioning, administratively process export orders, request collections together with the carriers of the invoiced orders, prepare, analyze and respond/send sales quotation requests and monthly update the control of commercial proposals of the product line.
You will also be expected to know and follow the company's mission, vision, values, policies and objectives, take responsibility and commit to the good work environment and achieving the expected results, meet the standards, instructions and procedures for management, quality and safety at work, ensure the maintenance and conservation of the company's assets under your responsibility and keep your workplace clean and organized.
The ideal candidate will have an Engineering background, either studying or complete, knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge in thermodynamics and/or heat exchangers equipment, knowledge in customer support and advanced English language level.
