Key Business Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to collaborate with business stakeholders, manage projects efficiently and possess excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and requirements
  • Act as Application Manager, following production support incidents, small enhancements and project implementation
  • Negotiate with vendors the business requirements and timelines
  • Analysis of requirements and design to specify changes and recommend solutions
  • Collaboration within Scrum team regarding task priorities, design, implementation, testing and timeframes
  • Maintenance of project documentation

About the Role:

Support multiple business applications, attend business demands from WM and IB business, implement MERS, audit requirements and work on functional and technical specifications required to start business demands, and direct them to external providers that will do most of the development work.
