About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Manager Revenue Growth Specialist to lead our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) team in driving sales forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding your team to secure meetings with potential clients, while also providing direction on enhancing the Meeting Generation team's performance, efficiency, and output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performance BDRs team, offering coaching on objection handling and pitching techniques.
  • Provide direction on enhancing the Meeting Generation team's performance, efficiency, and output.
  • Enforce best practices in lead management and development, incorporating metrics, activity tracking, and performance assessment.
  • Analyze and deeply segment the educational market in Brazil.
  • Partner with the Country Manager, Head of Sales, and HQ counterparts to establish strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Lead analysis of business performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership for decision-making and investment.

  • Expertise in team management, focusing on performance & engagement-based management.
  • Proficiency in analytics & operations to optimize database use and navigate the sales process.
  • Ability to deepen and enhance the market intelligence of the country.
  • Unwavering enthusiasm and commitment to continuous growth.
  • Creativity to scale the business in a high-performance culture.
  • Strong focus on KPIs for decision-making.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Intermediate English or Spanish.
