Role Overview
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Rider Quality Score Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of our quality score system, monitoring various metrics, and promptly identifying and resolving potential issues.
This includes optimizing the quality score calculation model based on business development and rider feedback to enhance its fairness and effectiveness.
To achieve this goal, you will need to work closely with our product, technology, customer service, and other departments to integrate the quality score system with other company systems, improving overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Score System Optimization and Maintenance: Ensure the quality score system runs smoothly, making adjustments as needed to improve its performance.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of quality score-related data to identify key factors influencing rider delivery quality, providing valuable insights to optimize the score system and develop incentive strategies.
- Rider Incentive Strategy Development and Execution: Design and implement effective rider incentive strategies based on the score system, promoting improved rider delivery quality, reduced cancellation and rejection rates, and enhanced user satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to integrate the quality score system with other company systems, improving overall operational efficiency.
- Risk Management: Monitor the quality score system's operation, promptly addressing potential risks such as malicious score manipulation and cheating, and developing effective risk response measures to ensure fairness and impartiality.
- Quality Score Rule Promotion and Training: Educate riders about quality score rules, address their questions, and improve their understanding and recognition of the health score system.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or operations, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industries.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL and strong data processing and analysis skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems from complex data and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- An in-depth understanding of the rider ecosystem and delivery business, with the ability to think from the rider's perspective.
- The ability to work under pressure and execute tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
