At a leading technology organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Sr. Customer Success Architect. This position is part of our Customer Success Team and will report directly to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders from our customers' engineering and data security, privacy, and governance teams. To excel in this role, one must possess a deep understanding of relevant technologies, systems, or platforms and have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
Key responsibilities include customer retention and growth, providing technical advisory services with a consultative approach, and collaborating across various functions. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical account management, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar technical client-facing role is required.
In addition to excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is also essential. The ideal candidate will possess independent judgment and have experience working in LATAM for at least 3 years.
