Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a US Visa Case Manager who will be responsible for client engagement, case preparation, document collection, petition drafting, and submission, collaborating closely with Attorney Joseph Robinson.
The ideal candidate will have experience with U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions, strong research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple cases, proficiency with case management software and online filing systems, and a client-focused approach with a commitment to personalized service.
