We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from around the world.
About the Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key hiring requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Source, assess, and select top candidates for open positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in IT recruiting, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
- 1+ years of experience in managing high-performing teams, driving results through coaching and development.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
