Automation Specialist Role

We're looking for a skilled automation specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of AI-powered automations.

  • Create scalable, reusable templates by designing and building automations in n8n with Node.js and Python.
  • Integrate third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, etc.) by wiring up REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth connections.
  • Add intelligence to workflows by embedding AI capabilities using OpenAI/ChatGPT and other LLM APIs.
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, demo solutions, and transfer knowledge.
  • Maintain existing automations by debugging failures, refining prompts, and optimizing performance and cost.
About this role

This is a mid-senior level position offering autonomy over our automation suite and template library. You'll have the opportunity to impact Fortune 500 clients and fast-growing startups while working at the intersection of AI and workflow engineering.

Key skills and qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in automation and software engineering (Node.js and Python preferred).
  • Familiarity with low-code tools such as Make/Zapier and n8n.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, JSON) and error handling.
  • Version control & DevOps basics (Git, GitOps, CI/CD, containerization).
  • A consultative mindset with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
