Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing in a team setting
  • Experience in ad sales, business-development, marketing, and/or consulting sales
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context
    • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders
    • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics; product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas
    • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth
    • Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling
