We're seeking a seasoned Backend Architect to drive innovation and excellence in our Research & Development Team.
This role involves spearheading projects, crafting architecture plans, performing functional analysis, and leading teams to achieve objectives on time.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge backend solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners to define project scope and development roadmaps.
- Conduct thorough analysis of user requirements and specifications.
- Oversee team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and goals.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python and Django development.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming is highly desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in other programming languages.
- Strong understanding of XML and relational databases (Oracle / MS SQL / MySQL).
- Experience with Object-Oriented Design.
- Advanced English language skills.
