Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to support our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, updating digital inventory, conducting data entry, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer interactions by ensuring accurate information is updated in our system.
- Update Digital Inventory of Sessions and Courses to reflect the latest information.
- Conduct data entry, registration, and enrollment activities for accounts with high accuracy.
- Add new courses to digital inventory and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy.
- Set up sessions in catalog based on client or course requirements following checklists and documented processes.
- Assign resources to sessions based on customer needs and availability.
- Contact clients to discuss placement requirements, pitch specific resources, negotiate scheduling and rates.
- Support Schedule Changes by communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Partner with parents to identify and assess customer's needs to implement the appropriate support.
- Audit sessions to determine compliance with individual customer requirements.
- Manage participants, cancellations, and credits with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- B2 English proficiency.
- Experience with data entry and fulfillment processes, including inventory management and scheduling.
- Preferred experience with Google, Slack, Twilio, and Zendesk.
- Professional experience in customer-facing roles, education, customer service, retail, or fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working on a laptop or computer.
- Able to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
- Highly adaptable to change and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to take a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment.
