Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role will provide support for local content and contract management within the Flexible Pipe Systems division.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Contract Management in Oil & Gas, good communication skills, and experience with billing processes.
They will also be responsible for providing office support with emphasis on local content process and documentation, assisting other staff members in the preparation and management of documentation, maintaining databases and workflows, and managing billing and invoices.

Key Responsibilities- Provide office support with emphasis on local content process and documentation
- Assist other staff members in the preparation and management of documentation
- Maintain databases and workflows in compliance with contract milestones and document requirements
- Manage billing and invoices evidence related to local content process in ERP systems according to the cash plan
- Bachelor's degree (International Relations)
- Experience with Contract Management in Oil & Gas
- Good communication skills
- Experience with billing process
