Japanese Speaking Sales and Account Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional to join our team as a Commercial Associate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and a passion for developing new business opportunities.
As a Commercial Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying and developing sales opportunities through company and product knowledge, researching consumer needs, and identifying how our solutions can meet them.
You will also generate leads, grow existing relationships, and pursue plans to increase account value through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Additionally, you will represent the company, pitch our offerings and make proposals to existing and potential customers, handle negotiations and contracting with our client base, and use Salesforce CRM to ensure standard processes during all sales stages.
Our Commercial Associate will contribute to new product development and improving our existing offerings, develop new marketing materials as needed, and support the research and publications team in developing our long-term market outlook and analysis.
