Overview
  • As a Retail Print Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing a team to achieve sales goals and provide total print solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, providing creative print and marketing solutions, and coaching associates in exceptional service and consultative selling.

Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in helping the store, people, and customers succeed.
  • Direct a team to drive results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers.
  • Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative print and marketing solutions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community.
  • Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions.
  • Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales and margin.
  • Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions to offer them appropriate options and deliver a total print solution to drive sales and dollars per transaction.
  • Leverage technology to actively manage customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach to grow relationships.
Essential Skills And Experience:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs.
  • Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use productivity software.
  • Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
