Job Title: Experienced Legal Professional

">Overview of the Role
  • This position requires an individual with extensive experience in legal procedures, including personal injury law.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, and conducting research to support attorneys.
Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
  3. Conduct research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case preparation.
  4. Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case-related matters.
  5. Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  6. Prepare settlement demands, medical chronologies, and other case-related summaries.
  7. File documents with courts and manage deadlines to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
  8. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal or equivalent role in personal injury law.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based law firms is required.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court filing requirements, and litigation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Arrangements and Benefits
