Job Title

A seasoned Paralegal is needed to support the growth of our firm's personal injury law practice.

  • We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in personal injury law and experience working with U.S. law firms.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, as well as managing case files and conducting research to assist attorneys.

  • This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case preparation.
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case-related matters.
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  • Prepare settlement demands, medical chronologies, and other case-related summaries.
  • File documents with courts and manage deadlines to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong background in personal injury law.
  • Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is required.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court filing requirements, and litigation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
