Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth and expansion in Brazil. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a market-specific business strategy aligned with regional objectives.
In this role, you will identify growth opportunities and tailor our value proposition to attract and retain strategic partners. You will collaborate with internal teams to launch localized campaigns and promotions, recruit, train, and lead a business development team, and monitor performance using CRM systems and coaching sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute partner-focused strategies for acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention, including referral and training programs.
- Own KPIs related to market performance, including revenue, partner activation, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and deliver performance reports.
- Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1), with strong written and spoken skills, and proficiency in English (B2).
- 610+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in high-growth or tech sectors.
- Proven experience working with commercial partners, affiliates, or B2B networks in local or regional markets.
- Strong leadership skills managing small to mid-sized sales or business development teams.
- Analytical, results-oriented, experienced in managing performance through metrics and data.
