We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Fortaleza. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance tasks on our machinery, including preventive and corrective measures. Additionally, you will commission new equipment, supervise assembly and operation, and provide training to our operation and maintenance teams.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing technical reports, and communicating with customers regarding technical aspects of our products.
As a Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work independently, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks appropriately. Your ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain effective communication with colleagues and customers will be essential to your success in this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a team player, willing to learn from others and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office packages;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, both verbally and in writing;
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus;
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage (100% for employees and 50% for dependents);
- Reimbursement of business trip expenses through an expense report system;
- A day off on your birthday.
