Senior Individual Giving Strategist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and implementing individual giving strategies, tracking results, and working collaboratively with the Digital, Engagement & Mobilisation team to deliver a multi-channel programme of fundraising activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track results, KPIs, income, and expenditure to ensure targets are met.
- Evaluate activities and provide suggestions on new products and asks to test and areas for optimisation.
- Work collaboratively with the DME and specialist third parties to deliver an integrated programme of fundraising activity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will have experience in fundraising and comms, with a strong understanding of individual giving strategies and techniques.
A passion for working in the charity sector would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
